Geometry Wars: Galaxies is a multidirectional shooter video game created by Bizarre Creations. It was released for Nintendo’s Wii and DS in November 2007. This game is a sequel to Geometry Wars. On the Wii, the player moves the ship with the Nunchuk controller’s joystick, while pointing the Wii Remote at the screen to aim. The player can also use the Classic Controller, moving with the left stick and firing with the right stick. There are also different mutiplayer options including co-op, simultaneous and versus mode. Those that own both the Nintendo DS and Wii can link the game using Wi-Fi to unlock bonus content, and players will be able post high scores on the Wii’s online leader board. This seems like a fun and interactive game for people with all skill levels.
