Unlike George Lucas, Nintendo feels that fan made films of The Legend of Zelda should not be allowed. They have asked the makers of “Hero of Time” to cease distribution of their film starting Jan 1st. Fortunately for fans and the makers of the film, the film is still available via torrent for all to enjoy! A link to the torrent is available somewhere over here.
